Hi there, hopezagha

It looks like it's a data damage. Let's try some steps to make sure you're able to view the transaction.

Let's start with making sure that QuickBooks is updated. Refer to this guide article on how to do that: Update QuickBooks Desktop To The Latest Release.

Once updated, verify and rebuild your data. This process helps resolve common data issues within your company file. The steps are outlined here: Verify and Rebuild Data In QuickBooks Desktop.

In case the warning still shows up, please contact our Technical Support Team. They have more tools that can double-check what's causing the issue. Here's how:

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop, then click the version you're using.
  3. Click Solving Issues and Error Messages, then click Common Errors.
  4. Click Get Phone Number
