You can make an account a parent account when you add sub-account on it. Let me guide you in turning an existing account into sub-account under your G&A account.
- Go to the Gear Icon ⚙.
- Choose Chart of Accounts.
- Find the account and select the small arrow ▼ in the action column.
- Click the Edit button.
- Select Is sub-account and then enter the parent account.
- Pick Save and Close.
