Are you needing help reactivating your QuickBooks Online subscription? No worries, I'm here to guide you through the process of getting your account back up and running. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear  icon at the top-right of the page, then Account and Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Billing & Subscription, then press on Resubscribe to enter the updated billing information.
  4. Hit Subscribe to confirm.
  5. Log out of your account, then sign back in.
  6. Go back to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
  7. Under the Billing & Subscription tab, look at the Next charge date. Make sure it's not a past date since QuickBooks Online's policy is not to back-bill.

If you'd like to contact Online Support, then you'd have to go in-product to reach an agent. I've provided the steps below on how to get in touch:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the (?) Help icon at the top-right of the page, then Contact Us.
  3. Type in your question or concern in the Description Box then hit Let's Talk.
  4. Choose how you want to get contacted.
