Hi there, NealRM.


As we use the web browser, we may run into trouble with the browser's cache. Our browser’s cache saves files on your computer to load websites faster on your next visit. At times, it will accumulate outdated files that may cause small issues on QuickBooks.


I can share some troubleshooting steps that will fix this issue. We can start by:


  1. Accessing your QBO account in a private/incognito browser. You can use the shortcut keys that I've listed below.
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  2. Once you're in, let's go to the Sales menu then check the date of the invoices. If the date is looking good, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache and Intuit-specific cookies to get rid of the stored junk files.
  3. If the date is still March,24,2020, we can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks. Currently, these are our supported browsers:
    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Safari 11 or newer
