It's my pleasure to walk you through the process of where to find the "send forms preference" in QuickBooks.


  1. Click on Edit from the menu bar.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click on Send Forms from the left panel.
  4. Choose the Company Preferences tab to make any changes to your email.
