Glad you dropped by the Community space today. I’m here to share what I know about invoices not being sent to customers and is showing as reviewed in the Activities section.


Are the invoices you sent to customers having this issue are recurring invoices? If so, there is an ongoing investigation of this unusual behavior. 


We recommend giving our Customer Care Team a call to have your account added to the list of affected users. This way, we can notify you of any updates once received.


If these are not recurring invoices, we can try performing some basic troubleshooting to fix the issue. Let’s start by opening a private window.
•    Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
•    Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
•    Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
•    Safari: Command + Shift + N


Sometimes, switching to a different browser will do the trick. 


When the program does not work as designed and private browsing session works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to fix the unexpected behavior in the product. Make sure to remember your saved information, such as login IDs and passwords. Check out this article for the steps:
