Let me help share some information about creating month-end statement for a customer. 


In creating a statement, we can only view the date, activity, the total amount of the invoice and balance due. Since the statement doesn't show the specific detail of an invoice, you can track this by opening a Transaction Detail report. 


Here's how: 


  1. Go to Reports and choose Transaction Detail by Account.
  2. You can customize the report by Product/Service and Customer. Just click the Customize tab.
  3. You can also modify the Display density by clicking the Gear icon in the upper right of the report.
