Thanks for using QuickBooks Online (QBO), @christi-winstone.

 

No worries, I’m here to guide you on how to locate the invoice you’ve created.

 

You’ll want to go to your customer’s profile and locate the invoice from there. Let’s perform some steps to achieve this. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Select the Customers tab.
  3. Locate and select the appropriate customer.
  4. Go to the Transaction List column.
  5. Locate and select the saved invoice.
  6. Make some changes if necessary and click Save and send.
