You can find your credit memos in the list of transactions on the customer detail page. Follow these steps to get there:
- Click on the Sales tab on the left-hand side.
- Click Customers.
- Choose the customer you'd like to print a credit memo for.
- Under the Transaction list, you'll be able to locate the credit memo.
- Click on the memo to open it.
- Choose the Print or Preview option at the bottom of the page.
- Select Print in the bottom right-hand corner.
