Hi roslandscape,


It's important you're able to update your credit card so you can continue enjoying the amazing benefits offered by the program. I'd be glad to give you a hand so you can get on track with the rest of your work. 


To update the subscription payment info, follow the steps below: 

  1. Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu, select Billing Subscription.
  4. Select Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card info.
  6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  7. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.
