Hi sandragerman,

Thanks for reaching out! I've noticed that you posted a related question in the community earlier today. If you haven't gotten a chance to review the response yet, here's the link where my colleague Rebecca goes over all the necessary steps and articles you need to edit your invoices, estimates, and any other sales transactions you'd like. QuickBooks Online is all about giving you control over your books and providing you the flexibility to edit your transactions when needed. If you're unable to edit your invoices following the steps provided in your previous post, it could be due to a browser issue. Temporary internet files that accumulate in your browser can sometimes cause bugs in the software. To ensure your app or browser is running the program as designed, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

Another good troubleshooting step to resolve these kinds of situations is to navigate in a private/incognito window or use a different browser compatible with QuickBooks Online. Here's an article with the list of supported browsers: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed

I hope this helps you get back on track. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
