Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll. Updating your primary work location requires a call to our Payroll Support Team. They have advanced resources to check your payroll account with us, and update your state tax information in a secure environment.


They can also help make sure all your payroll information are properly set up, so you don't throw off your tax reporting. Here's how to contact us.

  1. Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Contact us button.
