Re: Print sales tax payment

Hello there, @Derolf.

I'm here to help share information about printing sales tax payment in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As of now, there isn't an availability to print a sales tax check in QBO, you can only print the sales tax payment snapshot. To print the sales tax payment snapshot in the new sales tax center:

  1. Click on Taxes on the left pane.
  2. From your Sales Tax Center, click on History at the upper left corner of the page.
  3. On the Review your sales tax page, click the date link to view the payment check.
  4. Click Print.

As a workaround, to print a sales tax check, you can create/write a check to print your payment. Once done printing, you can just delete the check created.

  1. Go to the Plus (+) icon.
  2. Select Check under Vendors.
  3. Fill in the required/necessary information.
  4. Click on Print check.
  5. On the Print Checks window, click Preview and print.
  6. Click PrintD1 Print check.PNG d1 print check2.PNG

On the other hand, to learn more about sales tax payments, you may check this article: Manage sales tax payments.

I'll be always here to help you if you have any other sales tax concerns, just add a comment below. Have a great day ahead!
