I'll make sure that you can get back to work, rn-elisabeth.

When we're surfing the web, your browser’s cache saves files on your computer to load websites faster on your next visit. But over time, it also gets full of outdated files that can cause unusual behaviors in QuickBooks.

We can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix this issue. Let's start with accessing your QuickBooks account using a private browsing window. This will help us determine if this is a browser-related issue since this mode doesn't save site data and cache files. You can press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome, Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox, and ⌘ + Shift + N for Safari web browser.

Once you're in, let's go to the Taxes menu to check if the Sales Tax Center is working well. If you're to work on and create an adjustment, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and perform a clear cache to clean up your system. We can also clear the Intuit-specific cookies from your browser to the improve system performance.

If the issue still persists, I recommend using the other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

You can refer to this link to be guided in creating a sales tax adjustment: Create or delete a sales tax adjustment.

Let me know how it goes in the comment section. If I can be of any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to come back to this thread.
