I appreciate you for following the workaround provided by Plumber007 and BRC. Since the option you're looking for is currently unavailable, you may want to send feedback directly to our Product Developers. They place a lot of value in the ideas provided by users, like yourself, when deciding on how best to improve QuickBooks.

Here's how you can send feedback:

1. At the top menu bar, click Help.
2. Select Send Feedback Online. 
3. Choose Product Suggestion, and fill in the feedback info.
4. Click Send Feedback.
