If you've connected your account to accept payments with PayPal or set up Direct Debit with GoCardless, you can generate a shareable payment link to your customers. This way, they'll able to pay you at their convenience. I'll guide how to do it:
- Select Invoice from the sidebar menu.
- Choose the appropriate customer.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Once done, select Save and share link from the drop-down arrow at the bottom.
Click the Copy link button from the Send your customer a link to their invoice window.
Once done, you can now share the payment link through email or any messaging platform.
With QuickBooks Online, you can also personalize your invoices, estimates, and sales receipts to enhance your business' brand.
