Hi there!
When using QuickBooks Online, it's possible to customize your sales forms to add your business's personal touch and help you stand out. It's also a great way to make sure that your customers have a clear idea of who they're receiving the invoice from. I'm here to help.
Once you're ready to print, the invoice will look different than the transaction data-entry screen, but it should match what you see in the print preview window after selecting Print or Preview. Since you say it's not matching, the first thing to consider is your printer settings. For instance, it could be that there's a setting selected to display the information in a certain upon print, such as zoomed in or landscape view versus portrait. When the print window launches, I recommend checking those settings to be sure it's set up the way you'd like.
If everything seems to be configured just fine, my next recommendation is to contact QuickBooks Online support so that someone can go over this with you. Having the details about what exactly is different will be helpful for figuring this out. Here's how you can reach out.
