N banking operations, there is no transaction from integrated the checking account. Also, the entire history of categorized transactions has disappeared. How to fix?

I asked the client to reconnect the bank account with QB. I don't know if it will work. Any solution please?

Welcome to Community!  Missing transactions after they've been successfully categorized, in QuickBooks Online can be rather concerning. I would be glad to assist!

 

One of the first things to look at is the filter on your bank transactions. Set the filter to All dates. You can also customize the date range. If you still don't see the missing transactions under categorized, look in the For review tab to see if categorization was undone.  In addition, I suggest looking into the Excluded tab.  If any changes were made, you can review the Audit log, in your Settings ⚙.  I also recommend clearing cache on your browser to help improve system performance and web page loading times, or try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
