It's vital that your transactions be correctly entered so that your customers receive the correct information. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create estimates as well as send them to your customers. I can provide some information about sending estimates to customers.
There isn't a field to add a default BCC for estimates like invoices. You'd need to add it to the email once you're about to send it to your customer. I can see how having the ability to add a BCC by default to estimates would help streamline the process of managing your sales in QuickBooks Online. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration when our developers design new features for QuickBooks Online. I'll pass along your feedback on my end as well.
