Hello @gabriel-k,

 

Thank you for contacting the Community QuickBooks.

 

You can modify the field Client, whenever the invoice is in draft. 

 

If the invoice is already created, you can also change it, however, QuickBooks will create a credit note and a new invoice, due to the law, that doesn't allow canceling or modify the main fields of the invoices.
