As promised, our first few weeks of posts on this board will be focused on getting you up-to-speed in how to navigate around QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). Whether you are brand new to QuickBooks, come from QuickBooks Desktop, or an experienced ProAdvisor that needs a resource to share with your clients, this guide can help you get better acquainted with this accounting tool.
What I like about this guide is it lets you choose how much you want to cover by splitting the content into chunks of time. It will serve your purpose even if you only have 15 minutes to devote to training that day. It also does a great job of calling out workflows that are better performed in sequential order.
We have a few other resources to share to help you get acquainted with QBO and QBOA. This link points to a 2-minute introduction video that has a nice concise look at QBOA. Or, if you would rather get a little more in-depth overview, you can attend the “Introduction to QuickBooks Online Accountant” webinar.
What is your favorite way to get up-to-speed when learning a new Accounting program? Or if you have another question entirely, feel free to start a new discussion topic.
