Bank connection is expired now even less than one month.. we tried to reconnect it again but failed, very annoying. suggesting category for reviewing and adding gone!

There are two issues with the Bank and I would appreciate it if you could help out:
Bank connection:  bank connection is expired now even less than one month....And we tried to reconnect it again but failed, It is very annoying.
Download the bank transaction for reviewing tab: Normally there is suggesting category for reviewing and adding function but now these functions are disappeared

Having issues regarding your bank connection and suggested categories for transactions will surely delay your working progress, Xingzhen688. I'm here to share some troubleshooting steps to help you fix your issues.

 

To start, are you having an error 350? If so, it's likely that there is an issue connecting your bank when your credit card expires, or if there's an update from your financial institution. You will need to reconnect every 90 days or every 18 months, depending on your bank. However, since your bank connection expired in less than one month, you can check your bank's website for any notifications that require confirmation to maintain a consistent connection with QuickBooks.

 

Furthermore. since you've already tried reconnecting your bank, I recommend reconnecting them in a private window to prevent your browsing history from being saved. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts based on what type of browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If private browsing works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will allow the system to start with a clean slate again. If private browsing doesn't work, you can use another supported web engine instead.

 

On the other hand, when reviewing downloaded bank transactions, suggested entries for the transactions usually appear in QuickBooks. However, since your transactions are not showing a suggested category which is unusual behavior, I recommend checking it in a private browser.

 

If both issues persist, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Support team. They'll be able to investigate why your bank connection expires in less than one month and further check your account for your missing suggested category, as they also have the appropriate tools to address your concern.
