Hi there
I have recently connected two companies' QBO onto the ABSA bank accounts. The bank balance is pulling through perfectly, however no transactions are pulling through. Can you please assist? Is it a user error on my part, a problem with the ABSA Business Bank link or something else?

I can assist you regarding downloading your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If it's your first time to connect your online bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks Online automatically downloads the last 90 days of transactions. However, if the entries are not showing up, you may manually update your bank in the system to refresh it's connection.

On the other hand, if you need more than 90 days of transactions, you can export additional historical transactions from the bank and upload them into QuickBooks manually.
