Hello accounts!
The token is another level of
security added to the password and username combo. I often see this
from users who are connecting a business type of account to QuickBooks Online. You
can ask it from your bank.
On the other hand, some banks
provide connection to QuickBooks per account type. Each type may have
different level of security, and not all of them are available for online
banking. This depends on what your bank provides.
I would suggest trying all the links
you see when you search your bank's name on the Banking page. If you notice
that the login requirements are different from what you see on your
bank's login page, it may not be the right connection for your account type.
If your bank do not provide connection for the type of account you have, you can import your transactions to QuickBooks.
