Do Ugandan Banks support quickbooks bank connection

I have been trying to connect my quicks books online to ( Absa Bank Uganda Limited). But I have not been successfull. What am I doing wrong?

 

Absa Bank Uganda Limited does not appear in the list of banks, infact none of the Ugandan banks are listed. 

Is it possible to connect my quickbooks to the bank account in Uganda?

If you don't find a local bank in the list, you can still import the data manually or use a third-party converter tool if needed.

Do Ugandan Banks support quickbooks bank connection

I'm here to provide some info and ways to determine if your bank is supported in QuickBooks Online, Emuriaoliai.

 

There's no permanent list since we constantly add newly supported banks in QuickBooks Online. Let's further check if Absa Bank Uganda Limited can be connected.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and then select Banking.
  2. If you have the new interface, go to Bookkeeping, then Transactions.
  3. Select Connect account.

  4. Search your bank using either their respective name or URL.

  5. As long as your bank appears on the list, it's supported. 

 

If you're still unable to find your bank, you can request support. I'll show you how:

  1. From Transactions or Banking, select Connect account.
  2. Search for the name of your financial institution. 
  3. Click Request support for your bank.
  4. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank data using a CSV file. Then, start categorising your entries to ensure they go to the correct accounts.
