Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Did you encounter the same problem?

QuickBooks Online automatically updates the bank feeds and downloads transactions every night, Mark.

 

However, we need to take a closer look at this to determine why you're not able to update it on your account. For us to do that, please reach out to our live support teams for QuickBooks Online International.

 

They have additional tools to investigate and provide more details about this. Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Choose Contact Support Team at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click Chat.
