Hello, Do you have any bank in Italy totally integrated to QBO? I might change my bank if you have.

Welcome to the Community, Fatihuya.

If the bank in Italy is on the bank list, you can connect it to QuickBooks Online to automatically download transactions. But, if your bank doesn’t appear, request support for your bank. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select Add account.
  3. Search bank of Italy. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [bank of Italy] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
  4. If you’re still unable to find your bank, select Request support for your bank.
  5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload bank transactions through a CSV file format or other file formats that QBO supports. You can go to your bank's website and follow the instructions on how to download them.

  1. Select Banking from the sidebar menu, then click the Banking tab.
  2. Hit the Upload transactions button.
  3. Click Browse, then choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
  4. Select the account you want to upload the transactions into from the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, then select Next
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions, then click Next.
  6. When you’re ready, hit Let's go.

I recommend the following articles which cover this process and contain the required steps:

@Fatihuya

Explore to open a virtual business account at Wise. You may utilize the bank feeds later, manage multi currencies with a single account, send Euro to SEPA countries for free, send money to your local bank accounts or local e-wallets (if any), etc.

Thank you for your answer. I already achieved to get the transactions via CSV but thought a direct connection would be better.

I will check other italian banks.
