If the bank in Italy is on the bank list, you can connect it to QuickBooks Online to automatically download transactions. But, if your bank doesn’t appear, request support for your bank. I'll show you how:
In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload bank transactions through a CSV file format or other file formats that QBO supports. You can go to your bank's website and follow the instructions on how to download them.

Explore to open a virtual business account at Wise. You may utilize the bank feeds later, manage multi currencies with a single account, send Euro to SEPA countries for free, send money to your local bank accounts or local e-wallets (if any), etc.
Thank you for your answer. I already achieved to get the transactions via CSV but thought a direct connection would be better.
I will check other italian banks.
