Hello Everyone I have been able to link to my French bank account at Credit Agricole. Now it fails after it says all is OK. Is anyone else having this problem?

This problem has been raised with Quickbooks a number of times, but it has not been solved.  All I am told is to do the uploads manually which is painful and error prone.

We recognize the urgency of having your bank account connected to your online banking. Let me help you rectify your banking connection and get transactions from them to your QuickBooks Online (QBO), Michael.

 

We appreciate you for raising this concern with our support agent. Rest assured, we’ll take note of this feedback and raise this concern with our management team. Also, I checked our records and there's no reported case where Crédit Agricole cannot connect in QBO. 

 

We recommend signing in to your bank's website to check if there are issues with your financial institution. This helps us verify if there are notifications from their end that need attention causing the banking connection issues in the program. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel.
  2. Select Link account. Note: You won’t add an account, you need the listed URL.
  3. Search for your bank and select it. Then, copy the URL listed for your bank.
  4. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website using the copied URL.
  5. Then, look for any display issues as you navigate the website. Also, check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.

 

If you can sign in, then there isn't an issue on your bank's end. We can sign in to your QBO account and link your bank account again.

 

If the issue persists, we suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. We know you already contacted them, however, this is the best option for them to further investigate what's causing the banking connection issue.

 

Alternatively, we can manually upload transactions into the program.
