Let's figure this out if your financial institution is available for set up. Before we start, please make sure you're using the right region to connect your bank successfully in QuickBooks Online.
Once done, I suggest going back to the Banking section and try pasting the URL from the search bar. If it doesn't show, you may need to use the Request support for your bank option (see screenshot below).

If it's not yet supported, please know that you can still import the transactions into QuickBooks via CSV or QBO. However, you'll need to check with your financial institution if they support this type of file format.
