Home currency in banking

Our home currency is Euro and we have bank accounts in GBP & USD. How can I view the closing balance in Euro each month?

Home currency in banking

Hello @sharonmcnulty,

 

All reports in QuickBooks are based on the home currency. You can pull the balance sheet summary report to view your closing balance. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Type "Balance Sheet" in the Find report by name field.
  3. Change the Display columns by drop-down to Months.
  4. Click Run report.

With these steps, you'll be able to see your balance in Euro currency per month. You can learn more about customizing reports at this link here: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
