Good day, @crosario.
You can click the Find Match option. This way you'd be able to match your downloaded bank transactions with your manually created bills. I can guide you on how to do it.
You can read through this article for more detailed steps: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Also, I'm adding the articles below as additional reference in managing your bank transactions:

Thanks for that i have another question, For these transactions that i match with the bill the memo does not appear and i have to manually add them everyday for 700-800 transactions which takes 6-7 hours , is there any way or if we upgrade our package that we can add memo automatically ?
Hello there, crosario.
Let me share how online banking works.
Does the bank downloaded transaction already have a memo on it? Or you manually enter it once they're available in the bank feeds? When connecting a bank account, the information downloaded into the system will depend on the data shared by your bank. I suggest contacting your bank first to determine if the details from the Memo field should also download into the system.
If the Bank details info is also your Memo, you can select the setting to copy the bank detail to the memo. Here's how:
Try to match a payment to the bill to see if you can see the Memo on the Bill and Bill payment page.
You can use this link for more details in handling your transactions: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to mention me if you have other questions. Take care!
@Catherine_B I have the copy bank detail to memo option turned on yet it does not copy the bank detail to memo. is there an internal issue ? Could you please check into why that is happening
Thanks for getting back to us, @crosario.
I have some information about the bank detail memo. This field will only get copied once you add the downloaded transactions into QuickBooks. This doesn't apply to matching transactions.
For more information about the file formats, check out the articles below.

Hi @ShiellaGraceA The bank transactions are downloaded using the CSV format and the bills are also imported. The copy bank details has also been checked. Yet when i match the bills the memo stays blank i have to manually add memo to each transaction.
Thanks for the additional details you've provided above about the memo field info when matching transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @crosario. This way, you're able to manage your bills and expense transactions accordingly.
For the time being, QBO lets you match your bills to your downloaded bank transactions through the Find Match feature. You're able to carry over the info on your bills or downloaded transactions' memo when utilizing the Add option. You'll have to manually add the memo details to keep them updated.
Once your transactions are categorised, I'd recommend reconciling your accounts (every month). This way, you can effectively monitor your expenses and detect any possible errors. You can refer to this article for the step-by-step guide: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

@Rea_M But we have over 700-800 bills added with the find match option . Adding memo's to each by checking each transaction is taking us 7-8 hours a day to add
Is there no way to work around this feature of manually adding ?
Hi @crosario,
I appreciate you for getting back to us about matching bank transactions. I would also do the same thing to make the process easier for adding the information to each bill.
However, a workaround to avoid entering memo details manually is unavailable. Though, it would be beneficial to have the feature in QuickBooks Online, too.

@AlcaeusF Another quick question , now that our company is growing and i use the upload CSV file into the journal entry and there were around 1500 entries. It took 1 hour to load into the journal and then save. Is there a faster way to upload such big files?
Welcome back to the Community, crosario.
I know time is essential when running a business. Let me share some information that will help load the journal quickly into the company file.
QBO, like all modern web-based software, also relies on your computer’s processing power, the bandwidth of your internet connection, and the available memory (RAM). A shortfall in any area will slow down the performance of the program.
To get the best online experience, make sure the operating system is up to date. Then, it meets the system requirements for QBO. I’m adding an article that contains solutions to improve the performance of the online system: Why is my QuickBooks Online slow?
Alternatively, upload the transactions by batch. Before doing so, review the mapping and settings of the data. This way, you can seamlessly perform the task. Check out this article for more details: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.
