I'll make sure you can create a QuickBooks Online Tanzania version, @qbandyent.
Africa Tanzania is supported in QuickBooks Online. That said, you should able to create an account seamlessly. No worries, I have troubleshooting steps to help fix the error you've encounter.
I've replicated it, and the same error pop up when I use regular browser. But private browser fixed the error without any delays! With this, I'd recommend creating an account through incognito. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue.

From there, follow these steps below to ensure you can sign up with the correct version:
If it's solved, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache.
