Currently, we have an ongoing issue where customers, like you, are unable to connect and update with the Bank of Ireland for banking feeds. Rest assured we've already informed our engineering team and they've been all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, it's best to download a CSV file of your bank transactions and import it using the steps outlined in this article: Manually Upload Bank Transactions into QuickBooks Online.
