Beforehand, I need more information to help me get on the same page. Like, have you encountered errors when trying to connect your bank account? And would you mind sharing the name of your bank? This way, I can further check on my end if other users also encountered the same issue.
In the meantime, I've got some troubleshooting steps for you to perform to get around this issue.
First, log in to your QBO using a private window. It doesn't use the existing cache files to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. Feel free to use either of these keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:
From there, you can go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported, up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.

If you can't find your financial institution when you set it up, I recommend requesting support from your bank. You can learn more about this by checking out this article's Request support for your bank section: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.
Alternatively, you can still manually upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks if you cannot connect your bank account.
