Hello there, sy_jung-spigen-c.

There are a few possible reasons why you can’t connect to the bank in QBO:

  • Your bank has multiple names on our list. Make sure you have selected the correct listing or have tried all possible links. You can search by the banking login URL to ensure you are using the correct listing.
  • Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution.

If you have confirmed the required details, and you still can't find your bank. You can ask a request to have your bank added into the program. We have here an article where you can check for additional reference: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking

You may want to manually upload the bank transactions using the CSV file to them in QuickBooks. First, download transactions from your bank by logging in to your bank's website. Then, follow the given instructions on how to download transactions and save the file on your desktop or anywhere you can easily find it. Once done, upload them to your book by following these steps:

  1. Sign to your QBO account and select Transactions or Banking on the left panel.
  2. Click the Upload Transactions.
  3. Then, click the file you've saved on your computer.

You can use these articles as additional reference in fixing bank upload errors, categorizing transactions after imported them, and the reconciliation workflow in QBO:

1. Could you please check if  there is 'bankofhope.cardmanager.com' on your list?

I really want to automatically connect credit card to QBO.

Is there anything I can do?

2. If number 1 is not possible, I'm trying to follow the given instructions.

But there is no Transactions on the left panel.

(I can see 9 options:Dashboard, Banking, Sales, Expenses, Emplyees, Reports, Taxes, Accounting, Apps)

Plz let me know how to do.

I'd be glad to provide a couple of information and ways to determine if your bank or credit card is supported in QuickBooks Online, @sy_jung-spigen-c.

You can check if bankofhope.cardmanager.com is supported by going to the Connect an account page. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu (or Transactions menu for the new QBO) at the left pane.
  2. Select Connect account.
  3. Search your bank or credit card using either their respective names or URL (bankofhope.cardmanager.com)
  4. As long as your bank or credit card appears on the list of search results, you'll know it's supported.

If it's not yet supported, you can send a request to support your bank. You'll receive that prompt when we can’t find the bank in our list of supported banks. On the next page, provide the bank information. Click on Request once you're done.

You can check this article for more information: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

The Transactions tab is the same as the Banking tab. You can manually add those transactions from there. You can add your bank transactions through the WebConnect process. You’ll have to manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, upload the file to your account.

Download bank transactions:

  1. Go to your online banking account to get your file.
  2. Check or follow your bank’s instructions to get a copy of the data and then save it on your computer.
  3. Ensure that the data range is at least one day before your oldest transaction to avoid duplicates.
  4. Please take note of the supported file format and size. It should be either a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) or a QuickBooks Online (QBO) file.
  5. Download your transactions and save the file to your desktop.

To upload the file to your QuickBooks account:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and select the bank where you’re uploading the transactions from the Banking tab.
  2. Select the Upload Transactions button. On the window that appears, click the Browse button and choose the file that you’ll be downloading.
  3. Hit the Open button, then Next.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, then select Next.
  5. Click on Let's go. QuickBooks will now add the transactions to your account.

Check this article for more information: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. From here, you can categorise and match and then reconcile the transactions.
