I have already connected bank under banking , however when i tried to to see expense ,it asked to connect the bank again, which i did ,then it says it already a connected

Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a great way to track your income and spending without having to manually enter every transaction.

 

If you encounter unusual behavior, clearing the browser's cache is one of the solutions we recommend when getting unexpected behavior in QuickBooks Online. It is due to piled-up cache in your regular browser caused this unusual behavior.
