There are a few possible reasons why you're unable to connect to your bank:

While waiting for the request, you can manually upload bank transactions from your CSV file. This is another way to bring transactions in QuickBooks. The first step in this process is to download your bank transactions and save it to your computer. Once done, you can now then upload them into QuickBooks. Here's how:
