Glad to see you here in the Community, @brijesh-knoxed-c.

There are a few possible reasons why you're unable to connect to your bank:

  • Some banks have multiple names on our list.
  • The bank might not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
  • The bank may not be a participating bank.

Before we start, are you getting any error message when trying to connect your bank account? This is to ensure that we'll be able to give you the exact troubleshooting steps for this specific error.

In the meantime, you'll want to make sure that you've selected the correct bank's URL. You can also contact the bank to request and establish a connection with Intuit.

While waiting for the request, you can manually upload bank transactions from your CSV file. This is another way to bring transactions in QuickBooks. The first step in this process is to download your bank transactions and save it to your computer. Once done, you can now then upload them into QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the Link account drop-down arrow. Then, click Upload from file.

Once the transactions are added, you can check the articles below to learn more on how to keep them organized:
