I want to delete my all data and start a new

Hello, umerm1674-gmail-. 

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Deleting your data depends on how old the account is. If the account is 90days upon sign up, we can purge it. Though, purging your account is only available for QuickBooks Online Plus or Essentials users. However, if you're using Simple start version, I recommend cancelling your account and create a new one

 

To purge your data, I'd suggest following these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Change the URL to include /purgecompany
  3. Example: Change https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage to https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
  4. The next screen will provide a summary of the items to delete.
  5. Type YES to delete the data, then select OK.
  6. Once your selections are complete, tap Wipe Data

 

But if the account is more than 90days, we're unable to delete it. You may also reach out to our support team for other option they can provide to help you purge your account.
