Protecting the privacy and security of your financial information is a primary priority for us at QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The program protects your transactions with many layers of protection, giving you peace of mind when banking online. The system only retrieves your transaction records and downloads them into QuickBooks.
The connection for online banking is always "read-only" so that no one can use any of your information in our product to move any money.
Once you're ready, here's a guide on how to connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
After successfully connecting the bank and pulling up new transactions, you now proceed to categorize and match online bank transactions in your QuickBooks Online Account.
If you need further assistance with this. Let me know by hitting the REPLY button below. I'll make sure to keep an eye for your response. Keep safe and enjoy the rest of the week!
If you are unsure about using the bank feed feature, you should avoid it. Import transactions manually. You will need a 3rd party tool if your bank only provides bank statements in certain file formats (e.g PDF).
