It can be quite a letdown when you’re ready to get your finances organized and your bank doesn't show up in the search list. I know you want to get those Namibian accounts connected so you can stay on top of your books, and I can help you with the best way to get that data into QuickBooks Online.
When a bank doesn't appear in the search, it usually means a direct connection isn't available yet for that specific bank. You can still get your transactions into the system by manually uploading them. It takes a few extra clicks, but it's a great way to make sure your records are complete and ready to reconcile.
