Hello there, usersarah-d.

You can send a request if the US bank account you'll want to connect is not on the list. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu and select Banking.
  2. At the upper-right, click Link account.
  3. Search for the bank and click the Request button.
  4. Enter the Bank name and the URL.
  5. Click Request.

Meantime, you need not create a US subscription to get your bank transactions into QuickBooks. You can manually import your transactions and turn on the Multicurrency  feature.

Here how to turn the feature on:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Click the Advanced menu and select the Currency section.
  3. Turn on the feature and select the Home Currency.
  4. Confirm the conditions and click Save and then Done.

You can use this link for more details on how to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have other questions. Take care and have a great day!

@usersarah-d

As another option, open a Wise business account and a USD bank account. You can utilize the bank feeds if required. You may accept payment in USD and convert it to HKD anytime you need to get a better rate.
