In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Sales graph found on your Dashboard contains your sales transactions like invoices and sales receipts and does not includes journal entries posted to sales account, sales tax, and other income transactions like bank deposits. This is the reason why deposit transactions imported from your bank doesn't reflect on Sales as this will be counted on your Profit and Loss report.
You can also open the Sales by Customer Summary report to review the details of your sales graph.
