Our bank is Bangkok Bank in Thailand. I can logon directly on their website with out creditials so there is no issue on the bank side.
I already tried all the things you suggest below but it still doesnt work. Same issue inincognito window.
I dont get an error. It just keep trying and nothing happens.
We are now manually updating QB, but i hope you can solve this issue so we dont have to manual update forever.

I have not be able to contact customer support. There is no option to request call back. Only chat is available and no one is there either. I only get automated message that you are busy and i have tried for 3 days now.
