QBO credit card payments showing twice - once through Temp QB cash check acct & again through my linked bank account

New user here... I take credit card payments via QBO invoice. The payments show through the Temp QB cash checking as well as in my bank deposits. It looks like I have made more money than I actually have. How do I match the QB payments in the Temp QB cash account to my bank deposits?

Thanks for reaching the Community space, @Shawna Dupont.

You can create a bank transfer from the Temp QB account going to your bank account. This way it will recognise in the bank register.

Here's how:

Go to the + New icon.
Under Other, select Transfer.
In the Transfer Funds From drop-down, select Temp QB cash checking account. ( This is funds that are coming out of.)
From the Transfer Funds To drop-down list, select the bank account the funds are being deposited into.
Enter the amount in the Transfer Amount field.
Choose the Date.
(Optional) Enter a description of the transfer in the Memo field.
Click Save and close or Save and new.
