Once upon a time, QBO used to show the bank balance and actual balance on the transaction page.
With all the updates that have been done, it no longer appears. I have to go into the register to see the true balance. Why did this change?
The other changes of trying to process a bill for payment and no longer getting the option to save and pay.... now it is Schedule Payment. I had to find a work around for that.

I can see the bank balance and actual balance of my QuickBooks account. Let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to get this issue resolved. Let's begin by accessing your account in a new incognito or private window of your browser. This way, we can check if this issue is related to your current browser or not. Let me guide you how:
Once completed, you can log back into your account and check if the bank and actual balance are displayed already. If it's already displayed, you can clear your browser's cache to optimize it. Also, your browser can start from scratch and improve your QuickBooks Online browsing experience.
On the other hand, if you want to pay your bill manually, you can simply click the arrow icon next to the Schedule Payment and select the Mark as paid. The Make payment option has been changed to Mark as paid.
