In order to connect Jamaican banks, you'll want to make sure you're signed up for QuickBooks Jamaica. The supported banks will show on the search bar, or if you enter the name of the bank.
The supported banks you see on the account depends on the country you're subscribed with. You can select Jamaica here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
Once signed up, enter the name of your bank or the website where you sign in for online banking. Check this article for more information: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

If you have to find yet your bank listed, make sure to submit the name of it for consideration. Then for the time being, you may import the data manually.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
