We're working to provide services through overseas clients who make payments through Worldremit or something that deposits the fund to our bank in local currency. Recently, the bank is paying incentives the amount varies depending on the amount of payment.
How do I record the incentive I receive along with the payment?
I created a misc income account under "Other Miscellaneous Income" type, but whenever I go to "New > Deposit", the misc income account doesn't show in the list.

The Bank Deposit in QuickBooks Online is the final step to ensure the money you receive from payments is accurately recorded. Also, this feature where you will record the deposit.
To ensure that the Miscellaneous Income Account will show up. We can use the Add funds to this deposit. Here's how:
