The option to link multiple transactions in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. We'll have to link it one transaction at a time. If you are trying to link a bank deposit to an invoice, just follow the steps and details in this article: How to link a bank deposit to an invoice. If you're trying to correct multiple transactions debited to the wrong account, we can access them on the Bank Register page. Then, edit per transaction to the correct bank or credit card account. Here's how:
- Click Accounting in the left menu.
- Choose Chart of Accounts.
- Select the Bank account where the transactions have been made. Then, click View Register.
- Tap the Filter icon.
- Choose the Transaction Type and Date.
- Tick Apply.
- Tap on the transaction you need to correct. Then, click Edit.
- Change the correct bank/credit card account on the transaction.
- Press Save and close.
