Attach a note to an existing transaction using the QuickBooks Online app (Android only)

  1. From the Menu ☰, select a transaction (Invoices, Estimates, Sales Receipts, Invoice Payments).
  2. Select Add notes or attachments.
  3. Select Add existing Note or Create new.
  • For a new note: Write something and add an attachment (if applicable).
  • For an existing note: Choose your note, then select Attach.
