How to access admin account if my accountant left the company and I cannot verify the phone number?

Let me make it up to you by ensuring you'll be able to access the admin account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

You can try reaching your accountant to transfer the primary admin role. Otherwise, you can request a primary admin change when transferring the access rights.
